SOS Insurance Services

We have used sos for years. Commercial, personal, home at times, and umbrella policies. They will treat you right, have reasonable expectations, sometimes they are waiting for the insurance companies to release quotes and the timing has nothing to do with the actual agent representing you. I have shopped other carriers and they have always been able to provide the best pricing and beat all other quotes. Will continue to use sos and recommend to others. Thank you!

These guys are a joke. Straight SCAMMERS. Do not waste your time. They dont even know what they are doing. I highly recommend not to do business with them. They will leave your business hanging when you need them most. Definitely not a good insurance partner. STAY AWAY save yourself the time and headache.

Disappointed. I give them two stars because at the beginning they were very attentive and quick in their responses. However, we had a problem with the DMV in which the vehicles were issued in the name of the company when they were registered in my name. It took them a long time to resolve it even though I sent them every letter received where it mentioned my name and not that of the company. They realized the mistake when they were going to suspend my registration, and because I use my vehicles for my business I couldn't stop using them, so I had to rent them as a solution. Neither the commercial insurance, nor the underwriter, nor SOS Insurance were responsible for that expense, and since the information was passed to several people, I don't know who made that mistake. I sent them the receipts and they said they would not pay. I was disappointed since at the beginning they make you sign that they represent you and as such they should care about their clients. I ended up paying for it when it wasn't my fault, I've had my business for three years and this is the first time this has happened to me.

Very rude if you dont accept their quote. Avoid at all costs. Very improfessional.

Do not trust this agency or it's unprofessional rude owner Ameer. I called for a quote, and once I inquired about broker fees, the sales agent got Ameer on the phone who could not have been more rude and unprofessional. Buyer beware.
