I had been with another State Farm insurance agent for more than 25 years. It was okay before since I had never filed claims. It turned out to be so terrible once I needed their help. So I switched to Michele Brandmeier. I am glad I made that decision. What a big difference! Michele and her team deserve 5 stars and beyond. - Always somebody there picks up the phone and provides professional service. - Everybody is friendly and ready to help - They treat you like family member - They stand behind you when you are in a difficult and frustrating situation - And much more. Michele, Celina and Team are so wonderful to work with and answer ever the smallest of questions with such a warm and open heart. We moved from Washington and discovered Michele's office which has been such a smooth transition for our auto and rental policies. We are grateful to have them in our corner!

This office is the best- super friendly extremely responsive, courteous and knowledgeable. I have had nothing but a good experience with everyone in this office for the past 7 years. I have recommended several friends to their office for insurance.

Unfortunately, I just got my Cadillac converters stolen on my truck. Thankfully, I work with State Farm Michele Brandmeier / Team have provided the best customer service possible! Highly recommend use them Ive been a member for quite a few years!
