My regular dentist was out of the office when I cracked my tooth.  I called Dr. Lim and his staff promptly returned my call and got me into the office very quickly.  They were friendly, helpful, and really helped me out on short notice.  Highly recommend.

Dr. Lim really cares about his patients.  And he is so nice!  I just had gum surgery for 11 teeth and I have been in good care with Dr. Lim and his office.  He is very intelligent and knowledgeable.  His staff, Jennifer and Stephanie, are terrific and so helpful and kind.  I would recommend Dr. Lim for periodontal issues.  Thank you Dr. Lim and Newport Beach Implant! :)

Good results from my procedure so far, which is most important. Lost points on poor communication and inability to use email properly. The procedure I got was a lot more involving than I was prepared for. Even though I asked a lot of questions there was a lot of surprises in the follow up  and the restrictions I had after my procedure, that I did not find out about until the day of my procedure. The take home instructions were boiler plate and half of them did not apply to me. They were also not written clearly.The doctor is very nice but was hard to understand sometimes. He did not use proper English, switching words that mean different things. I love diversity, but it took a lot of clarifying to understand at times.The office manager would start a new email each time she communicated via email, instead of hitting reply. This made things a little harder to follow. She did not request the Dentist confirm they received important emails she sent to them, even after I requested her to. I asked this because the Dentist office was not getting the emails from her and this set me back a little in terms of scheduling. I genuinely liked everyone in the office and hope the feedback is used to help them improve and not viewed as me just venting.

I had dental surgery on my lower jaw with Dr. Lim yesterday. He is very proficient and professional at what he does. He is knowledgeable and he prepares you in advance on what to expect during surgery and after. I was very fearful of the process after-all it is called 'surgery'. I have to say that the whole procedure had considerably less pain and stress than I have prepared myself for, thanks to Dr. Lim and his excellent crew. Stephanie and Jennifer were professional and helpful, and provided enough preparation and care to make the process as effortless as possible. Today Dr. Lim called me himself to make sure I am alright, and he gave me his personal cell phone number just in case I need anything over the weekend. He did not have one of his staff members make the call, he called himself. In today's world it is hard to find such service and professionalism. Thank you.
