Advanced Dental Care

Unfortunately I have not had a good experience here. My elderly mom had a stroke and needs our help with these matters. We took her here to get a plan of action to remove 2 broken teeth and some other dental needs attended to. We got a quote, I worked on some redundancy I found thus lowering the cost. We agreed to start treatment over a period of time to save money on the plan overall as it was very expensive. I've tried on 4 separate occasions to get the pre-authorization to get started and get our appt. Over 2 months later and we are still waiting to hear from them other than they are checking on it. We are giving up and going elsewhere. I don't have time to help them get us started. we assume they wanted the big money plan but it looks like were were set aside when that wasn't a possibility for my mom.

Dr. Zahedi was a great help. I had multiple cavities that were handled immediately and with care. When a sharp filling was noticed after the numbing had dissipated, he was quick to fix with an appt the following day. Would certainly recommend.

This is by far the best dentistry I've been to. The attention to detail the staff has is incredible. Customer service is definitely their number one priority. Dr. Zahedi is very patient and kind. He is gentle and always trying to make me feel comfortable. Their schedule system is great. You receive a reminder leading up to your appointment. Highly recommended!

Doctor Zahedi is really friendly and nice, walk me through the whole dental procedure to ease my mind. Afterward, the crown I received looks very strong and natural.
