Lupa Arts
Worst customer service. No greetings when coming into the store. First I ask for help on finding a product in store. They ask me to wait at the aisle and they will be right there to assist me. 15 mins later nobody helped me. The store is not busy - theres probably 3 people in the store browsing. I had to figure it out myself. I go pay and they have all the pricing wrong on the shelves and made a whole long process to fix the prices they they had wrong. Then they give me the coldest responses - eye rolling. I am canceling my Ulta card - because one, I dont come to Ulta for Customer service but today was the last straw.

Darn. Im an Ulta customer long time and this place looked and felt like the DMV. Very bad reflection of the brand. Whats happening at Fashion Island? It was a well appointed and also classy, family friendly mall when we lived in OC. Now its um not. Bummer.

The store was quite a mess. I don't blame the staff for the construction zone that half the ulta beauty store was. I do, however, think the customer service was less than subpar. The first employee I talked to was on his phone when I asked for assistance (there was a lip color, I was wondering if they had in backstock). He sounded annoyed and took a very long time to check. They ended up not having it, which is fine, but it would have been more so if the employee had been more kind. It was a subpar expirence, to say the least. I ended up buying the Gucci flora scent 3.3 fluid oz, NYX matte lingere 16 hour vegan lipstick, and the Pacifica sunset moon scent 6.5 oz.
