I have enjoyed working with Akins IT on multiple projects over the years and have always been satisfied with the results. Most recently I hired Akins IT to assist with a large domain name migration. My in-house IT team built out a solid scope of work, but we wanted a second set of eyes to validate the plan and to have outside technical support ready in case we needed assistance. The team Akins IT provided was professional and supportive throughout the project. Over the last decade my firm has had the pleasure of working with Shawn, Brittney, Cameron, Wayne and the entire team over at Akin IT and I am beyond impressed with the level of service and expertise they provided.
First and foremost, the communication was excellent. The team was always available to answer any questions and address any concerns even on an emergency basis. As a trial law firm zero down time is a must wen it comes to our server and IT systems.

While going through a merger with many system upgrades already in the works, we were obviously short handed in IT over night. The other company involved in the merger had been using Akins for past projects and recommended reaching out. Even though they were in another state from our office, we started working with them immediately after the first meet and greet. We have done a few other projects with them now without question and look forward on future endeavors too.
