I was looking for a commercial real estate specialist and Randy agreed to be my tenant rep. Working with him was a wonderful experience. He was always attentive, punctual, hardworking, and professional. Unlike some other agents who disappear or delay, Randy kept me updated every morning, answered my texts promptly, and submitted my offer quickly. He even informed me of his vacation plans in advance. He made me feel valued and respected as a client. Randy also stood up for me and gave me honest advice. I had a health issue and I was worried about an environmental hazard in one of the offices I was looking at. The property managers refused to let me test it before signing the lease. Randy told them that was unacceptable and advised me to walk away from the deal if they did not cooperate. He did not care about his commission more than my well-being. He also helped me understand how the market worked and how I could improve my chances of getting a good deal. He knew the expectations and preferences of the listing agents and the landlord, and he guided me accordingly. Randy was not only a great agent, but also a great person. Friendly, easy to work with, helpful at all times. It wasn't easy locating a good commercial rep. Randy wasn't the first I called, but he was absolutely the one I was looking for. I think you'd feel the same.

Randy handled our acquisition with professional precision that didn't waste our time, and because of his experience and knowledge he was able to consummate our purchase with relative ease...and it didn't hurt that he done deals in the past with the seller's broker!

Barron Mason is a great broker that is extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. I work for a property manager and coordinated multiple tours with him. He was a straight shooter that worked hard to do everything he could for his client. Barron is professional, personable, and reliable.
