I walked in was greeted by some employees one was folding and the other was steaming other than that they never checked up on me. The vibe felt like I was a bother coming into the store with my husband. First and last time coming in.

Not sure why the poor reviews. Because u legit won't find a better a clothing company. The quality and fit is unmatched. We can't wear shirts from anywhere else ever again!!!!

It was my first time here, and I enjoyed the customer service. Daniel was super helpful, which I really appreciated. Excellent customer service and great quality clothes. Overall, I enjoyed my time here, and I will be back!

Very poor customer service. We bought two shirts and a pair of pants at the beginning of the month. They all shipped in different packages and only one has arrived. The tracking number has not been helpful, and I cant get anyone on the phone or to answer my emails. We ended up cancelling the order. Update: its been two weeks and we still havent been refunded. We had to dispute the charge through our credit card. Despite multiple emails and phone calls, we have not heard back from BYLT at all.
