I recently settled a case that dragged on for more than 3 years, due to delays and stall tactics.  In the end, the outcome was better than I could ever have hoped for.  I credit this success not only to my attorney's tenacity, but to Brian Morton's expertise and ability to see beyond the limited data provided.  Brian was quick and responsive, he asked the right questions, knew when to push back for more information and he always made himself available.  I highly recommend Brian Morton.

My experience with Brian Morton had such a positive impact on my case. He was incredibly thorough and professional, he was communicative with my lawyer and also would follow up with me in case I had questions. My divorce involved the separation of business assets, much of which was attempting to be devalued and/or hidden. Due to the comprehensive survey and analysis provided to the court by his firm, the judgement was fair and equitable. I cannot recommend his services enough and was grateful that he had an established professional association with my law firm; the team was significant to the way my case turned out.

I have used Brian Morton as a forensic expert in several of my family law matters for the past several years.  I find Brian to be the utmost professional.  He does not compromise his integrity nor take positions in his reports that are not supported by the evidence or the law.  Most often I am able to settle complicated cases with his assistance.   When Trial is necessary, I know that his expert opinion will be welcomed and relied upon by the Judicial Officer that hears our matter.
