Completely let us down and wasted 4 weeks of our time. We contacted them about their services. After a good initial phone call we heard nothing from them for 2 weeks. We reached out and they apologized and finally got an engagement letter out to us. Giving them the benefit of the doubt and moving past the delay, we promptly signed the letter and sent it in. We received an immediate Thank you for the letter. Another 2 weeks passes and again, not one word from them. Finally we've moved on after waiting for them for over 4 weeks. Pretty disappointing and definitely don't want them handling our taxes if we can't even get past the initial startup. They again said nothing after we said we're moving on. Seems like they've checked out.

I  hired This co in December 2021 as I had sold my home and needed tax advice on what to buy to save 20 years of equity.  Matt met with me Once. When I hired him I told him I needed a lot of help and advice as this is Not my Strength!  After I hired him, he was too busy to chat to help me make wise decisions. I was charged an exorbitant amount to Do my taxes and ended up paying that Plus $50,000 in taxes!!!!  On top of it all Matt went on vacation the week of April 15 2022 and when he got back he fired Me! As a new S Corp I had no idea what I was doing. He advised & dissolved the nonprofit I had built for nearly 10 years as it was on hold due to COVID.   He really F'd up my life. On top of it all. He told me last year that the reason my fees were so high (not taxes but what I paid him) was because of the bookkeeping set in place and he said my new book keeper could just call and get the info from his. FALSE. This is the email he sent my new bookkeeper; "...there is no guest user access.  I do have record of the physical documents that we scanned and produced bookkeeping from however if you would like copies of that - it is evidence of how we produced our work. Further - there was no bookkeeping performed for tax year 2022.I would be more than happy to do anything we can to help with provision of records -  however these are the facts and circumstances in the matter."TERRIBLE!  I'm screwed out of over $50k and have to start over with a new bookkeeper recreating the wheel!  Wow!  Just Wow!  Work with him at your own risk! He presents well. Until he doesn't!
