We had set up to a time to see a Toyota they were selling. 2 hours before we met, they texted me to say the car was sold. Really unprofessional. They wasted my time and the time of the person giving me ride.

Our interaction in the beginning was great. Sam responded right away and set a time for us to meet. We arrived and took the car out for a test drive. We were very interested and asked if we could take the car to a mechanic for a check up before purchasing. He said yes. We texted him that evening and confirmed we would let him know a time once we set an appointment with mechanic. No response. In the morning we texted the appointment time. Responded he was busy at an auction and would let us know. Why didnt he tell us that the night before? Finally an hour before appointment time we called him and he was upset that wanted to take the car to a mechanic saying the mechanic is going to make a list of things that wrong even if there is nothing wrong. He said he would text us in the evening and have not heard from him. This makes me think that they knew something was wrong, and was hiding something We are very interested in the car but no response from him.

I recently had a very poor experience with a dealership. SAM was amazing from the first moment I called him about a vehicle. .Took it to my trusted mechanic and he agreed it was a solid buy. Super grateful places like this still exist. Will recommend to anyone I know needing a car.

This dealer is trustworthy and easy to work with. I received great communication from Sam and he was flexible in scheduling an appointment to see the car. His cars are priced fairly and in great condition. His wife was very kind as well. I would recommend checking out this dealership!
