Heartland Merchant Payments - Newport Beach

I made a request for a rate review from a Payment Systems Manager and he suggested that I call another department to get it done. Isn't that something a "Manager" can do for a client?

Heartland claimed to have done an analysis of my data and promised substantially lower merchant fees. Based on this analysis, I switched over. Since then my fees have gone up by at least ten percent. I have asked Shawn repeatedly to look into this and have not heard another word from him. He is in it to make sales -- not to support the customer afterwards.
