I have worked with Robert Half Staffing Agency for all my previous roles and it was a good working experience. Back in April, I was approached by Teresa from NOW CFO as I was actively searching for new opportunities. Initially, I was not sure if it was the best idea to switch to a different agency. However, when I met with Teresa, I felt a great connection immediately. Their business model is unique; they work with most of their clients on temporary projects before helping them to find a suitable candidate for a full time placement.
