i loved my hair appointment w kim!! shes the best. shes the sweetest and so professional! she did my hair w the butterfly effect to make it flowy and it looks amazing!! 10/10 recommend and i will definitely b back

I am SO glad I found Kim on Groupon. I came back even years later for another blowout because I adored her so much! Shes in a super spacious, beautiful salon. But her work! Shes quick, efficient, and didnt even hesitate for a second to work on my difficult hair. She knew exactly what to do! My hair is thick, curly, I have SO much, and its bleached and colored. The time flies by because we have so much fun and I walk out feeling like a million bucks. My blowout and style lasted all day, all night on 2 red eye flights across the country, and now even in crazy wind- 24 hours later. 10/10 on quality. 10/10 on personality! Thank you, Kim!

I made an appointment with Kim&Co for a Brazillian blowout plus haircut. When I arrived at my appointment, after taking time off of work, Kim said that she remembered me from her salon 10 years ago. She further said that she could not accept the Groupon because I had used one with her a decade ago! I am flabbergasted! This is an entirely different salon with years in-between visits. The Groupon says that this Groupon can be purchased more than one time. It is ridiculous that she would remember that I used a voucher 10 years ago. She said she would provide the services but I would have to get a refund for my Groupon and pay $250.00, her regular price. I tried to reason with her to no avail. Although I paid $137.99 for these services, she complained that she would only make $70.00 and she was unwilling to work for so little. Not only did I take off work to have my hair done, but I also got lost, paid for parking, and was humiliated. The name of the business is Kim&Co. Salon. It is located inside Hampton Salon, 301 Bayview Cir., Ste 100, Newport Beach, CA 92660, US. It should be noted that the Groupon I presented has an expiration date of May 17, 2024. This woman should not be allowed to do business with Groupon or with anyone else for that matter.
