Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

Without a doubt the most disrespectful staff I have ever worked with. Would not help with an online banking issue. Kept telling me I was wrong. Would not listen. Harassment in the highest degree.

For far the worst management, almost everyone working here are lazy, always trying to avoid help walk-in customers, pretending they are busy waiting for an appointment. Most ridiculous bank, horrible customer service.

They must have really turned it around here since the latest reviews. While they did seem a bit under staffed still and the line was long, Jorge provided efficient, friendly and professional customer service! Thank you Jorge!

I had a negative experience with the manager Mina yesterday. The teller was helping me order foreign currency and after I submitted my overnight request, we both realized Monday was a holiday and I wouldnt receive it in time. She was unsure of next steps so she asked the manager if I could cancel. He was adamant I could not cancel my request and the only solution was to exchange the funds back when I returned and to take a loss with the exchange rates. She asked him twice and he stated there was no way to cancel. From the parking lot I called customer service and within 5 min my request was cancelled and the money was back in my account. Im honestly not sure if it was just a matter of him not knowing or true laziness and not caring. I would have expected him to at least offer for me to call customer service to see if they could help me. Super disappointing and I could have lost quite a bit of money with the exchange rates.
