I had such a great experience at the bank today thanks to the wonderful service provided by Kevin Vasquez. Kevin truly went above and beyond to help me out with all of my banking needs, and I cannot thank him enough. Kevin's patience, kindness, and expertise made the entire process go smoothly and efficiently. I am grateful for his exceptional service and would highly recommend this bank to anyone in need of banking services.

I usually don't do reviews, but the service that I received from Ramin and his branch went beyond my expectations.  He made me feel welcome and helped me with what I needed to accomplish expediantly and with a smile.  Look no further for a bank for your business.

Ramin Behnam gave me exceptional service. I needed some documents notarized and was in a time crunch. My own bank could not help me within the time frame I needed. I asked Ramin for help at Farmers & Merchants bank and was so pleased with the service I received. He went above and beyond to get me scheduled with the notary. He treated me as if I had millions of dollars invested in their bank (which I don't). I was offered water, coffee, and he even offered to validate my parking. I will return again when I have future banking needs. I loved the personalized and quick service I received. He turned a stressful day into a positive experience. Bank is terrible, do not use it. Had to argue to get my own money. Go elsewhere 100%
