        Customer service is awful. A also got a cranky woman with no customer skills at all and with no knowledge of the SCV water procedures. I was reporting a water leak in my block to prevent wasted water and she was not help.

        We needed to call customer service to pay our bill because autopay was canceled for some reason. A customer service woman was very cranky and rude.

        Customer for 20 years, few days late on a $50 bill, turned off water no warning. Understanding we have lives out here and dont pay on time occasionally isnt something you should seize upon to punish us.
