Diplomat Plumbing

Had a leaky kitchen faucet and called these guys. Came out and told me it was just the hose. They said order one and theyd install it. Called them again a few days later and Mike and Jonathan came right out and swapped out the hose in less than 5 minutes and told me no charge. Guys coulda told me any price and I woulda probably just paid it. Didnt even wanna take the few bucks I tried to give them. Nice guys and honest.

I called Diplomat Plumbing and they responded within minutes. In addition, they sent technicians to my home who responded within one hour. They diagnose the problem and realize that it was not a plumbing issue it was an issue with my washing machine. They were professional and did not charge me for the service as it was something they were unable to fix.This is the second time I have used this company. Both times they were honest, not charging me for a consult or services that I did not need. I have found it difficult to find honest companies in the past. I will continue to recommend and use Diplomat Plumbing for any of my plumbing needs! Five stars across-the-board!!

I woke up yesterday to a flooded garage and an almost empty water heater. I called Mike and he left a job to quickly assess my mess. He made a great recommendation, went back to his other job and we had a beautiful new tankless water heater installed by 7pm last night. He and his assistant were amazing! They were friendly, explained everything and cleaned up nicely afterwards. Diplomat Plumbing is now MY plumber going forward!
