        The prospect of getting bids from roofing contractors was daunting. Weve all had the experience of no call-back, or otherwise slippery, shifty, contractors. The experience with Loveland was different. Theyre professional, easy to talk to and connect with. They answer the phone, or get right back to you. We received more service than expected from the beginning. They did a 50-point roof inspection and provided a report that said we could wait 1-5 years to replace the roof. The report was comprehensive with exhaustive photographs showing the condition of our roof. We wanted to proceed anyway (and not wait for leaks or dry-rot to develop). They provided an on-site presentation using props to detail their installation process, features and the products that would be used. They provided a competitive bid the same day with three options; least costly to more costly. All pricing seamed right, honest. We were impressed and hired them. We accepted the middle option of the three. The work is complete, they delivered as promised and our new roof looks great. This a family owned company, they pay attention to detail and communicate effectively. We highly value this and their honest way of doing business. Their estimator who visited, Andy, is a gem and he did a great job. Service: Roof installation

        Loveland Roofing completed the work promptly and supplied photos during their work and the completed results. Everyone was very pleasant, friendly and professional. Their price was very reasonable.

        Loveland Roofing has excellent customer service from office staff to roof technicians. I originally had them out to replace skylights in 2022. I received a lot of storm damage this past March and Loveland Roofing was the first roofing company I thought of. They were on time and prepared to work. Most importantly to me, they cleaned up and blew my roof and porches off, now that is customer service! I trust Loveland Roofing and highly recommend them. I recently recommended them to my 90 year old father and his wife for a full roof replacement. Gratefully, Maryann
