From the start, my experience with Zach as our realtor was professional, seamless and informative of the process in which we were about to embark upon. My quest to move back to Placer County from Orange County was not an easy one, and Zach went above and beyond to find the absolute perfect home for my husband and I to raise our twin boys in. Zach was there for us every step of the way, checking in on us often and reassuring us he would be there to handle everything as promised which he did. Zach took the time to meet with contractors, painters & landscaping all on our behalf several times. This home buying experience was my favorite by far and all because of the top quality service provided by Zach.

My husband and I cannot recommend Zach enough as a real estate agent! Besides being incredibly responsive and proactive, hes hilarious and just fun to spend a day with touring homes. Plus our dog adores him, so major points there. With any snag in the home buying process, Zach stayed professional and kept on top of things. We felt totally secure through the entire process. If you find yourself lucky enough to work with Zach then be assured you are in good hands. My husband and I met Zach at an open house he was hosting in Newcastle and we were instantly struck by his cheery and cheeky smile, which immediately put us at ease. He is a ray of sunshine! We were so comfortable that we spent 2 1/2 hours at the open house, asking a million questions, touring the same rooms over and over again, (even taking a tour around the block) and never once felt rushed. Having been to many open houses in this crazy housing market, we were use to the cattle-call of feeling rushed through the house and given quick short answers to our questions in search of a "buyer". But Zach was so friendly, patient and generous that by the end of the tour we asked if he'd like to be our realtor, which he thankfully accepted to do. As great as Zach's personality is, he really shone brightest during the sales process. Once our offer was accepted and the "work" began, he showed himself to be reliable, knowledgeable, gracious, highly responsive and very accommodating to our busy schedules. His organization helped to line everything up so we could accelerate our move-in date by two weeks, to which he enthusiastically met us at the door with the key to our dream home! It's more than transactional with Zach. We not only found him to be a great realtor, he is also a great partner to work with and best of all... a great new friend!

Zach will get the job done. He responded to all my texts, phone calls, and emails immediately to discuss any and all of my concerns or questions through the entire process, which is priority to me. He worked tirelessly to get my home sold and did it quickly. I am grateful to have found him!

I was a first-time buyer and had so much to learn. Zack immediately contacted me with a video message introducing himself and our communication has never stopped. He was so responsive, worked extra hard to help me find what I needed, and he always gave my experience full attention as if I was his only client. Almost a year later, I am still in contact with him and carry his business card around to refer others. I felt like I was in such good hands, had an absolutely wonderful home purchase experience, and feel that I have made a good friend in the process.
