Kris was amazing to work with, he knew exactly what we needed and laid it out in a way that was easy to understand, the gate he provided us was BEYOND our exceptions, we could have gone with a few cheaper options, but the craftsmanship that Kris and and his team provided left us blown away, my only complaint is that I wish we had contacted him sooner.

Anchor Iron Works built a beautiful replacement gate for our front yard. The quality of the material and workmanship is some of the highest quality we have seen. We are impressed with Kris, the owner, and his staff. Not only do they know what they are doing, but they have a good work and business ethic. I highly recommend them for any ironwork needs. They will get m y business again!

Working with Anchor Iron works has been the WORST experience ever. The owner Kris will tell you repeatedly all the things he can and will do. But does NOT deliver. His own workers don't respect the way he does business. He loves to text and email derogatory comments and things that are not relevant to what you need or what he plans on trying to do. They had to make multiple trips to redo or repair their mistakes. I had to pay another company to come and fix a problem with the controller, because Kris refused to fix it. I had to send money so he could go purchase parts for the controller so he could finish on time. But they still missed their completion date, 3 times! He threatened to sue me AND put a lien on my house if I didn't pay him his money the day he finished the install. So I paid him (even though he and his worker knew the gate was NOT working properly $15k later). You'll be better off buying a welder and some metal and build your own gate. That way you won't have to deal with Kris and his empty commitments. This guy is not a businessman. Kris is just a guy with a business name on his truck and is a complete nightmare!
