        Richard is great! He took over for Mark and has been SO responsive. He takes the time to respond to my questions and really understands our family needs. He was able to shop our policy around and found us a MUCH better deal with the same coverage. Highly recommend calling Richard if you want an agent who will actually return your calls and emails. :)
