Five inches of rain in two hours overwhelmed our Atrium drains and flooded our house. Michael Brooks and his ServPro team arrived within six hours and started the enormous cleanup job. They deployed their state-of-the-art machines and dried the walls, floors, rugs, and carpets. For a white it was as loud as an airport runway. But Michael and his team got the job done and saved me from a nervous breakdown. But what really makes this experience memorable was the commitment and care from Michael Brooks. On a quality scale from one-to-ten, I'd give Michael an 11. ServPro is lucky to have him on their team.

Mike Brooks did an outstanding job with a floor restoration job I needed to get fixed. A leaky toilet had gotten the subfloor underneath it wet, and I didnt hesitate to call ServePro. Mike was prompt, professional and very good about following up over the few days it took to get the job done. He put together a process to dry the floor that was efficient and effective. I wouldnt hesitate to call Mike and ServPro again. A big thanks to you, Mike!

I can't say enough good about Mike and Servpro. I called from out of town on behalf of my in-laws, who were experiencing a burst pipe while they were out of town. They were squeamish about someone entering their house with no one there, and requested that Mike wait until the late hour of 4 pm, when they returned, before he started the huge job ahead of him. No complaints at all from Mike and his team. Throughout the entire process, they were so caring and concerned about my in-laws. They took care of packing up personal belongings, and did it in such a way that nothing broke, and no box was too heavy, but there wasn't much wasted space either. Bravo! Everything was efficiently done, communication was great, and no stone was left unturned to make sure the damage was undone. Mike obviously had the best interest of my in-laws as his goal, not profit or his convenience. It was a pleasure working with him, and I highly recommend Servpro of Thousand Oaks whenever disaster strikes.
