        We've had a business account with this bank since the 90's. They not only have the worst customer service, they've incorrectly deposited our checks with another business even though it was clearly stamped with our account number. As the customer we figured out the error.

        Very BAD customer service. I waited for 20 minutes in line because they had only 2 rep. at the window but the lady decided to take lunch even though there is a long line. When I got to the window and try to exchange foreign currency, the guy told me he doesn't do currency exchange and I will have to wait for the other lady to come back from lunch and she just left while I was in line.
