Management Solutions

Management Solutions charges exorbitant fees for providing documents when selling a home. They charge nearly 400$ for the service which other companies provide for $50.00. These are electronic document and does not require printing large volumes of paper. Very unprofessional. Will recommend our HOA to replace such a company.

This company is the absolute worst. They are money hungry. Towed my car with prior notice. They lie, steal and cheat. Suing them right now.

As far as being a correspondence for our HOA, they are awful. On three separate occasions gave me completely wrong information on my inquiries and are VERY slow to respond.

Great management team, took our HOA and assisted us to develop our community to a better place to live peacefully, look better and build our reserves. Don knows his stuff!

Very disappointed with the service of this company particularly Cindy. They are very much on top of things when they are trying to collect money from you but as soon as you need their assistance, they are so non responsive. The most you can get from Cindy to do is reply to your email while you're on the phone with her. I emailed her for a couple of repairs in our property and all she did was email me back saying one thing is not covered and the one that they can fix she will email me a contractor's contact information... That was in August and it is now October and I still haven't heard back from her so I decided to call her and of course no pick up because it is Saturday. My husband actually called her yesterday, Friday when she is supposed to be open but no pick up or call back. I called the main office and it gave me a couple of other numbers to call and I did. Donald picked up, he was very nice and listened to me then passed the phone to Cindy who was very irate and did not want to be on the phone with me, starting the conversation by saying that this is only for emergency and asking me "what is your emergency?" even though I have already expressed that the call was for her the issues we discussed over email. She was very unpleasant with me and this is what pushed me to share this experience here. I would've written this in yelp but there is no account established for this business yet. She also questioned my integrity by saying that she was pretty sure she already sent me the information I needed but when I told her I was in front of my computer and looking at our email thread she then said "Well, I don't know we are closed right now!" She is so rude! I am not sure why she is our main point of contact for these things. If this is what I am paying for as a resident I want her out!
