Daves Plumbing & Drain Services are exceptional both in customer service and technician abilities! I cannot say enough good things about this company. I live in a far away area that is difficult to receive services. Daves Plumbing & Drain Services did not hesitate to take my call and schedule an appointment for two days later. I needed an on demand water heater serviced, flushed and the temperature increased. Raymond went above and beyond making sure everything was done and running smoothly. Wonderful guy as well. Erica who took my call was probably the best customer service person I have ever talked with. I come from a high tech background so I understand the importance of the first person you talk with in a company. She truly impressed me with her kindness and professionalism. Thank you Daves Plumbing for making my experience wonderful! I sincerely mean that too.
