They dont exchange their own diamond products. That is not right business practice in the industry.

They have good collections. But. The care for gaining or retaining customers is not in their everyday agenda. The lady who helped us would not even allow us to try more than 3 - stated its their company policy?!? You either decide within that 3 trial or walk out!! Last year when I bought a diamond set they told us I could trade it for a value later time, to buy something else. Now they refuse to accept their own diamond jewelry. Not a welcoming change of policy. Also When I asked for an extra small earrings box for another pair I bought few months back at their store - they refused!! A box that would cost them only a dime! Will I go there again? Nope.

They are fraud. If you buy from their shop and you will return or exchange they will not accept even from their own shop. I also bought from Newark bhindi jewellery shop and check the price of item in India and here but nobody want to buy even owner also refused to purchased. If you want to waste your money then you can go. Also they charged you 200% high .
