Legacy Cultured Marble Inc.

I found Legacy Cultured Marble on google & had them come out to do a shower. They are super easy to work with, very flexible with timing & even opened the office over the holiday week to show us the cultured marble again so we could be 100% sure we were happy with the choice we had made. The install was within the time they quoted, every time they came out to do any work they made sure the area was clean when they were done & wore masks inside every time. Everyone is friendly & helpful & you can tell they take pride in their products & take the time to make sure everything is right. Will definitely use them again!! After going from place to place we decided to use Legacy. The owner came in and measured I gave full detail of what I wanted. We set up a date and time. The son came to do the installation, was late did not call. I had to call them to find out what was going on. I got he is on his way, again waiting. He had to come back, again late. Once the job was finished we talk about a few things that we were not happy about. 1. The niches were sloppy. 2. Not even. 3. If water gets under anything it has a cloudy ring and does not go away. I called the father and he said he would send his son back out, we waited a couple of months. I called a few more times and finally the son came back out. He claimed he was going to bring his father back and I have never heard from either one.
