Monster IT is the best IT services company in the bay area.  We used them for two of our dental office build out projects.  Monster IT did a phenomenal job in designing our network infrastructure. They installed all of the HDMI and media cables throughout our office.  They setup our Servers, Computers, TVs, Phone Systems, and Printers.  They installed all of the software in the office. We couldn't thank them enough for supporting us to finish our project on time.  Monster IT deserves 5 stars from us! They also have a great team in the back to support our daily IT issues.  When we had an internet cable problem in the office, Ken from Monster IT came working with Comcast Tech until midnight to resolve all of the internet issues even though that was Comcast's fault.  We were so thankful for Ken's dedication and professionalism in this matter. He is also very knowledgeable of what the IT world is all about.  If you have any IT related questions, he will always have solutions for you. We will definitely recommend Monster IT to anyone who needs IT services!

We use Monster IT for our POS systems and when one of our machines went down, Ken promptly came to our aid. The level of professionalism an promptness in the matter was commendable and we were up and running before the dinner rush hit. Ken totally saved the night!

Monster IT has a great team of consultants and support!  They are a phone call away anytime.  Ken is the best at what he does, he always finds a solution and can troubleshoot anything!!!  Monster IT has been very cost effective & good to our agency.  I am the internal IT support for our agency and I feel very confident I can do my job with Ken on speed dial.  I can totally trust Ken and the work he does. I would recommend Ken to anyone, he is amazing to work with!!
