It's perplexing why Ranch99 hasn't invested in better carts, considering they are a crucial part of the shopping experience. Although upgrading may entail higher costs, it's a relatively minor expense compared to the overall operation. This oversight, albeit seemingly trivial to some, significantly impacts the shopping experience for those who value convenience and comfort.
