Its doesn't have the seats like chula vista mall or the prices of Denney rd but it does have the mall and its all there.

Went to see a movie with 2 friends, there was no person available to purchase tickets from. Had to purchase through a kiosk, so I went through the motions and entered my credit card. It charged me yet did not print out tickets. I went to the ticket taker, and she said shed get somebody to assist me. I was then offered the opportunity to purchase my tickets again, even though I showed them that I had a pending charge. At this point the movie is about to start, so I went ahead and purchased the tickets again. I informed them that I now had 2 pending charges for the same amount, and they assured me that I shouldnt get charged twice. I asked them to make a note of the situation in case I did get charged twice. 3 days later, and my 2 pending charges have become 2 actual charges. I called them up and the woman was so unhelpful, she said that since it was in the past there was nothing they could do for me. Also no information regarding the note that I asked the guest services person to take. Ive now contacted my bank and started the credit charge dispute process as I have been charged twice for a movie that I only saw once. I have to wait up to 60 days for my bank to undertake an investigation. Hopefully they see that this theater is trying to double charge patrons and they refund one of my payments. Honestly, I feel like I should have both charges refunded seeing as how much hassle Ive had to go through. Decent theater, sub-par customer service. This could have all been avoided if they just had a human being selling the tickets instead of those automated kiosks. Will not be returning to this theater, or any AMC theater, for that matter.
