Whoever had your season ticket seats for section 112 row 10 seats 18/19 were very drunk and assaulted and verbally called us racial slurs at the rams vs raiders game on 12/8/2022 at SoFi stadium. I have video and photos of the employee who then tried to get me thrown out of my family’s season seats right in front of them because they said my piece of shit wetback ass needs to sit down and then said they paid half a million for thier seats and got security and told them we just sat there and don’t belong. Security came and checked our tickets and we stayed because we own the seats and this employee continued to belittle us and tell us say fuck you for the remainder of the game because we were standing with the rest of the fans and had our phones out. What a great representation of your company. I will be releasing the video and the photos of the employee to social media and tagging your company. Just wanted to give you a heads up. Thanks

Best customer service in the Industry. From sales to production to billing. They have always delivered their products on time and in perfect condition but this last order I placed (the one that made me type this review) was simply the best. I needed a set of metal plates cut in a specific shape but wasn't sure about the kind of material specified. Ernesto A. (sales) came in person to my office and helped me clarify them and called every day to help me place the order. Sunshine V. (billing) helped me out with my account to expedite the ordering process. Alberto V. and Jack S. (production) were on it calling me to ask me questions about the shop drawings for cutting the metal. I needed the material as soon as possible and even though it usually takes 3 days for production they were able to deliver it in less than 24 hours to my shop which is 2 hours away.
