I have been with Tommy and his crew now for a little over a year and super happy. For example this morning upon coming into work my server and all the computer workstation to my office were black (turned off for some reason ). When I turned on the server I got a strange error message stating that the firmware needed to be updated because of the recent windows automatic update and upon doing so was locked out of my computer (required was a bit locker protection key). Within 30 minutes Tommy and his team were at my office and within the hour not only was my server back up and running, but system file checker was ran and all the work stations (7) were checked. If I had to describe Tommy and his team I would say that he has "Nordstrom quality care". . . I am a small business with 7 work stations and multiple people that remote access in to access these computers. I am very happy with their product and will continue to use them as my business grows!
