        Bought a pair of slippers on christmas eve that didnt fit my wife for Christmas. Took them back 2 days later in brand new condition and because a sticker was peeling on the bottom they refused to take them back. Ive shopped at Journeys for 20 years. This is the last $ of mine they will ever see unless this is made right.

        Gave me the wrong shoe size & they didnt make up for it. I had to miss work & money because of this mistake. The least they could have done was give a discount. Details: I tried on two pairs of shoes & I asked for the bigger size. They made a mistake and sold me the smaller shoe size. I didnt notice until I was at the parking lot for work & couldnt work because the shoes didnt fit. Disappointed in their customer service.
