Dont buy parts here they have one of the worst services they dont price match on there own website and parts dont get delivered when they told u I came two times both of those times they havent got my package also they scratch my car in service and they are denying dont go here!

My wife & I have had US VWs since 2006 & love them. A piece of that is occasionally due to a dealerships personnel. National City VW Service: Gasper, you are superb and we not only appreciated your guidance, knowledge, & patience, but the passion you have for cars / VWs was refreshing & inspiring! I do recognize I chewed up a lot of your harried time with countless questions and recommendation requests. Taking the time to answer my questions & ensure understanding was gracious and professional. I feel like a valued owner and am now a dedicated customer to NCVW. Finally, that you knew immediately the potential cause of that embarrassing noisy squeak (2023 Cross Sport) was impressive. Thank you for having it silenced. Oh & I installed a mid-muffler delete pipe for a bit easier breathing & sound. Congrats & best of luck to your son!
