I had the pleasure of calling Parco my home, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Vincent, Jasper, Martin, and Leslie deserve special recognition for their outstanding contributions to making Parco such a wonderful place to live. Vincent's dedication as a manager is truly commendable. He ensures that everything runs smoothly and addresses any concerns promptly and efficiently. His leadership sets the tone for the entire community. Jasper goes above and beyond as a maintenance man. He's not just there to fix things; he genuinely cares about the well-being of the residents and always goes the extra mile to ensure everyone is taken care of. Martin's thorough work ethic is evident in everything he does. From maintenance tasks to ensuring the property is well-maintained, Martin's attention to detail is truly impressive. And last but not least, Leslie played a crucial role in helping me make Parco my home. Her assistance and support were invaluable, and I'm grateful for her guidance throughout the process. Thanks to Vincent, Jasper, Martin, and Leslie, I was able to create memories that I will always carry in my heart, forge friendships that will last a lifetime, and experience everything Parco had to offer. I am proud to have called Parco my home, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming and enjoyable living experience. Thank you, Parco, for everything! Exceptional personality and so welcoming when it comes to really making this place feel like home. Leslie went above and beyond we came in on a busy day for her, regardless she created such a wonderful experience for my family. Leslie made the process so easy she communicated with my dad answered all of his questions and made sure everyone was comfortable. Dealing with finding an apartment can be stressful specially when people don't make it easy, Leslie was so attentive, i loved how she says hi to everyone and knows there name. Thank you Leslie for everything!!!

My time at Parco Apartments has been amazing! The building alone has a great atmosphere, but the workers here at Parco made my living experience wonderful. The whole process of applying for an apartment was new to me, and I was unsure of where to start. Leslie Sanchez assisted me with the process from beginning to end. She has been very welcoming and helpful since day one. Leslie was patient with me during the application process and answered all of my questions. Leslie continued to help me whenever I had questions or inquiries throughout my time at Parco. Thus, I appreciate Leslie's work ethic, attentiveness, and professionalism and for making my first experience at Parco exceptional.

The apartment and location are great! Nice design and a lot of functional common areas. I had a really smooth move in process with Leslie. She was so patient and knowledgeable with all move in procedures and went all paperwork with me. She is always happy to help whenever I have any questions. Im really satisfied with the move in experience.
