We chose Marcia for our realtor when we embarked on buying a home in Napa because of her sterling reputation and recommendations from other buyers. Along the way, we also learned how well respected she is among the local realtor community. I'd like to believe we were not difficult clients, however, our desires and preferences changed with the wind and as we viewed homes with her and attended open houses. She accommodated our schedules, negotiated last minute tours, and helped us quickly close on a gorgeous dream-come-true-home for our family. This is our second time working with Marcia Hadeler. Our most recent experience this month (May 2022) was selling a townhome in Napa. Marcia has this saying, Click or call, I do it all! which sounds kind of clich but she really does. From the moment we signed the listing agreement she set up someone to do a full house cleaning and someone for a home inspection so that everything was spic and span and there would be no delay for an open house. By having an inspection done in advance she could show buyers the condition of the home and that there were no issues that needed to be addressed. Within a week we had multiple offers and were under contract and over list price even though we thought the list price might be too high. On top of that we had a 15 day close! Marcia was such a pleasure to work with. She always made herself available and was so patient through the home buying process. She expressed to me several times that we would look for as long as it took, that she wanted me to find the right home for my family and I. As we moved through the process I looked forward to looking at homes with Marcia, and I feel like I gained a friend. Well, here I sit in my new home as I write this and I couldnt be happier.
