1st & last visit both me and my mother will have at any Ole health Campuses. My appointment was scheduled at 4:10pm I was in the room for over 1hr. I was out after 6pm. clearly its not Ole's priority to care for its patients in a timely manner. This isn't the 1st time this happens. I recently read an article online that was brought to my attention regarding my & moms primary care provider that I found concerning. This provider has failed to address and treat both my & my mothers health concerns. it is very concerning and unfortunate this is happening at OLE.

Angela has excellent chairside manner. She took the time to converse with me about things that we had in common. Very helpful staff. The business has a great new building, but the same care as before. There is optometry first come, first served. They don't have any openings currently, but you can call in a couple of weeks to book an appointment for March. The lab services are also on the first floor. The medical services are on the third floor. Big wait areas. Very nice environment

Dr. Selby is awesome. However, it would be nice for all of the people who show up for labs in the morning to be able to sit inside where there are lots of chairs instead of standing outside in the cold. Especially senior citizens. Also, fyi, if you need labs and can wait until the afternoon the nurse said it's slower then. Go in the morning, sign your name to a time slot in the afternoon and you can leave and come back at that time. There is also a standby list for if they are running early and can fit you in. You do not have to wait in the afternoon!
