Well, what can I tell you...as for the lawyers, they are very kind, they give you correct information, they are patient with you regarding all the doubts you may have regarding your process.... BUT! The only thing that prevents me from giving it 5 stars is the person who attends reception, she is a person so lacking in empathy, she treats people like garbage, as if we were late, she has an arrogance that I think does not go with the place, it is true that it is a place for low-income people but this person whose name is Maria Elena Estrada by the way has a way of treating people that makes her seem like the owner of the place, they should send her to some training on how to treat people, I used her service for the first time approximately 5 years ago and I already treated it very badly but I returned for the procedure of another family member and I was surprised that it is worse!!! I don't know if that's how it works for them or that's how their training is for that place, but it made me personally feel very bad, wanting to never return, but unfortunately we have family members who take care of their services, .....
