I've been so impressed with each person I've worked with at Sonic and Ethan was respectful, efficient and made sure to double check the job was done to my satisfaction. Thanks for all you do. and another shout out to Mr. Lightfoot for his fabulous help and excellent salesmanship.. great and knowledgeable worker who really knew his stuff!

        When their faulty equipment goes down, you have to wait days for a technician to get to you. On top of that, they state they will charge you for $75.00 and hour! Ridiculous!! Switching back to AT&T or Comcast ASAP, at least they're faster.
