        We have worked with many groomers. Grubby dogs hands down not only does an exceptional job but they do it with care, compassion and dignity. So thankful for their skilled support of our dogs!!!

        Both of our Pomeranians have had a disappointing experience at Grubby Dogs. The first time, Sam and Reina did a commendable job, but this most recent visit was disappointing as neither of them was available. I regret not following my instincts and not booking the appointment. Our female Pomeranian developed dermatitis, resulting in nearly $1000 in vet bills, while our male Pomeranians nails bled after his first walk following the grooming appointment. We suspect his nails were cut too short, and we are hopeful that this is the cause, although well soon find out once he goes to the vet. This situation is incredibly frustrating, and due to these ongoing issues and unexpected bills, I cannot recommend Grubby Dogs, and we will not be returning with our pets.

        So I took my service dog to Grubby Dogs today. Ali was so nice and took great care of my best friend. So happy with my experience I will forever bring my dog here!!!

Even more distressing, is that this was not brought to my attention sooner, especially due to the fact that when your husband came to collect and retrieve the dogs he said everything looked fine after he inspected your lovely Pomeranians. I'm grateful for your feedback, I only wish that you had informed us of any issue you might have noticed sooner rather than four weeks later in a yelp and google review, as we are dedicated to resolving any issues our customers might have in a prompt, timely, and respectful manner. We tried on several occasions to contact you once we saw the review, but we haven't received a response as of today.
