We contacted Sargents Law Firm because of an auto accident, I was very surprised when my phone rang less than 5 mins of me contacting intake. Alfonso was at the Company Christmas party but took the time to step away and advise me on the steps I should take next. Although my case could not be managed by them Alfonso spent time explaining what would happen next and the steps we should take. I was even more impressed when my phone rang 3 weeks after the accident and it was Alfonso just asking how we were doing, and again gave me additional steps we should take. My fianc said Thats good follow up and customer service I said No were not customers thats a Law Firm that cares If I ever need a Law Firm or know of someone who dose the only Law Firm I would recommend is Sargents Law Firm.
