Classic Nail and SPA

We really need to band together as a local community and support this wonderful little shop. These girls are friendly and very eager to provide the best of service. Their English is excellent and they deserve to stay open! Please come in and see them. They are open 9 to 6 every day and even later in the summer. No sundays! Excellent and friendly people.

Where do I begin... ok, was made to wait 10mins after my appt, was made to soak my old set off so the Techs could service the other 3 clients getting pedis. I was left to soak off for 40mins! Finally my whole service took 3.5 hrs for what should've taken 1.5 hrs to do. The owner and 2 Techs are clearly servicing more than they can take causing scheduled clients to endure ridiculous wait times! I paid for my service but didn't tip. Not going back, horrible customer service! Service: Acrylic nails

Saw that they have great reviews & decided to go but to my experience they sent me away.. how are they suppose to get new clients when they turn people away. I will never again go
