I've been working with Nick for over six years in the hard money lending space and what I most appreciate about Nick is that he is operates with integrity (will never suggest something that he doesn't believe in or that doesn't make financial sense), is easy to communicate with when things come up or I have a question, have a clean and efficient system that keeps you informed of where you are at and what they need, which saves me time not having to ask what is needed or where something is at, and Nick has a National network of allied partners in all different areas of investing, developing, flipping, etc. so you dont' have to rely on finding outside help from unqualified sources! Wow, where do I start. Nick, Charlie and Sindy with Brenance are absolutely amazing to work with. I have had an amazing experience brokering this loan to this team. The knowledge and ability to structure deals was absolutely Tier 1 Navy Seal stuff. With their systems they were able to structure our clients from start of their wacky project to completion of this Florida duplex community. They even calculated when our clients would start to be profitable to best help them strategize their phases. The work ethic to push this deal to the finish line is rarely seen in our market place. When this deal looked dead Charlie stepped up and spent hours configuring and reconfiguring the numbers until we found the way forward and for that I am grateful.
