Being Self Employed and only being able to go with a Stated Income Refinance was a nightmare for me! I went to 8 different Brokers and spent enormous amounts of time sending documents and then being declined for the refinance. I had a an adjustable rate that was moving up and up every 6 months. I was in fear I would not be able to afford the ever increasing monthly mortgage payment! But, Bill became my Hero! He searched for me and finally he found the Lender who was not only willing to refinance but for a 30 year fixed at $200.00 lower monthly than I had been paying. The rate was higher than a regular refinance but he was also able to negotiate me being able to buy the interest rate down. All my worries are over!
