    The Integrity Plus Floor team was reliably professional from quote, to contract, to removing our furniture safely to storage, to demo of our tile and removal of carpet, to leveling out foundation and installation of our new natural Hickory engineered hardwood floor, to thorough cleanup and returning our furniture from storage.....we regard Integrity Plus Floors as the very best in their business..,

    Horrible experience!!!!!! Will never hire this company again!!! How about returning my money back to me that you kept for receiving credit related to the wood flooring that I didn’t use and you later returned back to the manufacturer. They gave you $2,500 in store credit!!! But you never told me!!!! Also, the kitchen backsplash was left completely undone. There are gaps between the flooring and doors (at the bottom). The floor is not leveled. Despite me telling you about this problem nothing was done to correct it!!!

    The owner (John) was a great sales man, but showed less than desirable enthusiasm when dealing with customer service and work quality issues. He was horrible at following up and it required multiple calls and emails to get real action on several issues, even when there was mutual agreement that a problem existed and needed to be fixed. My 2 worse customer service issues were as follows: 1. After the installers ripped out my carpet and some tiles, I observed that the wood material was quite different in quality and finish than the samples that were provided. I spoke with John about my concerns and he promised to call the manufacturer and then get back to me the following day. The next morning, the contractors did not show up at 10 AM and John did not bother to call me to apprise me of the situation with the manufacturer. I left a voice message and finally got a response after sending a follow-up email describing my profound disappointment. Nevertheless, it took another day of no work and a ripped up floor and me asking my bank to put a stop payment on the deposit check before John finally decided to resolve the issue and ensured the continuation of the work. This resulted in the work crew rushing to finish in 2.5 days, since I had taken 5 days off from my job for this flooring project. This rushed job led to a lot of quality issues, which required at least 5 follow-up visits to remediate. 2. A plank of wood with a glaring manufacturing defect caused a joint to be uneven to the point where someone could trip on it. I brought it John's attention and he sent out one of his guys to take a look at it, along with other issues. His flooring guy agreed that the plank needed to be removed and that it should not have been installed in the first place. Once John was advised of the issue, I expected that he would have just asked his installer to replace the plank at no cost to me, especially since we were well within the warranty period for workmanship. To my surprise, John told the installer that it was up to him to decide if he wanted to fix the issue on his time because he would not take responsibility for it. This, despite the fact that he had advised me to buy 10% more material to account for waste and defective planks. This is hardly the kind of accountability that one would expect from a business owner. Fortunately, the installer had a much better appreciation for good customer service and decided that he could not, in good conscience, ask me to pay for rework that was clearly an installation issue - defective plank should not have been used. So he went ahead and replaced the plank and even called the next day to make sure that I was happy with the outcome. I felt like this was a total reversal of roles: business owner vs installer. Not surprisingly, John did not bother to even follow up to make sure that the issue was corrected to my satisfaction. Because of the of above-mentioned grievances and a plethora of other smaller items, I would never recommend Integrity Plus to anyone. Take your business elsewhere where a company is willing to guarantee their work and make amends where they have fallen short of what was promised.
