      image On 5/27/23 I had called to get some questions answered regarding the new ghost pepper wings before I drove to the store to get them. I had asked the woman on the phone if it was possible to get the wings all flats and she had told me yes. After arriving to the store the gentleman at the drive thru was very quick to say that he couldnt do that and that I couldnt get the wings extra crispy due to only wanting to get rid of wings that had already been cooked and were sitting under a heat lamp vs making them fresh. Once I got to the window I spoke with a lady named Donna who said that it was possible to fulfill my requests and she accommodated my requests spot on. This 5 star review is specifically for Donna and all of her hard work and wonderful personality. Her customer service skills will take her far. Give her a raise or a big bonus! Thank you, Donna!
