    2024 Update; After two years Ive seen a complete turn around. I have no idea what happened but theyre amazing now. Glad I stuck it out. 2022:Id give them a negative if I could. Absolutely horrible attitudes. Never truly care about the patient. Some of the doctors here are great but the nursing staff leaves a lot to be desired. Avoid this location unless you want someone to have an arrogant attitude with you every time youre forced to speak with them. They act like they are doing you a favor by doing the bare minimum their job entails. Sad. Many of their employees have no business being in the healthcare industry.

    If you are looking for a place that forgets about their patients and have you waiting 6 months to see a primary care doctor, look no further! I danced around with these clowns for a year and they got NOTHING done. I requested two very simple consults that they could not seem to process because of whatever reason that was out of my control. In the year I was assigned here, I did not see the primary care doctor ONCE. Never coming back to this swamp!

    I have experienced multiple times having this office not follow through on referrals. And extending the times that I was referred to a specialist, which caused me permanent damage to my shoulder that can't be repaired. I would never go back to them, but my insurance company made it easy by relegating them.

    I've been coming to this facility for a year. I have always had an amazing experience with Matta and Fernando. Fernando is my PCP and I love him. Unfortunately 2 weeks ago, none of them were available and my 2 year old needed to be seen asap, hoping he can immediately get a referral for an ortho for his knee by now. We were booked with Dr. Oliver and this was our first experience with him. We waited in the patient room for almost a hour, when he did see us, he looked a bit annoyed. I explained to him all my sons symptoms and experience with his knee injury. He was not at all amused or taking any concern. Told me knees look normal, there's no difference in size he walks normal, etc. He seemed agitated and told me he's a baby and will be fine they heal fine.... I worked in the medical field for 7 yrs, this is my 2nd child, I know my baby, on top of that, we were on week 3 of this injury and it was getting worse and not better. He was the 3rd doctor we saw for his injury. 1st was Matta a few days after the incident, 4 days later we took him to urgent care which advised us to see his pediatrician if no improvement the following week so we can be referred to a Ortho, 5 days later we were saw by Dr. Oliver who didn't care or showed any empathy towards my limping 2 year old son just because he showed interest in still playing with his toys. So unfortunately I had to switch from Dr. Matta as my sons pediatrician; nothing personal towards her since we loved her! But, I couldn't wait longer and took him back to his original pediatrician in Newport Beach which immediately referred us to ortho which recommended we go to the Choc Childrens Hospital er. My son has to under go surgery he has fluid in his knee and a possible infection, we have to stay in the hospital for 4-5 days on IV antibiotics, IV, and this is all horrible and could of been prevented if I were just taken seriously. This is week 5 of his knee injury coming up on 6 weeks now. If you go here, I recommend being seen by doctor Fernando or Matta. They're amazing, thorough, considerate, and on it. I hate writing this review because I don't want negative impact on them but feel I should express my negative experience which has nothing to do with them but overall unfortunately affects them due to one doctors negligence.
