Not the great experience, feels very unorganized, seems like no one really knew what was going on when I called in about the status of my case, nor anyone in the office there to help. it came to a point where I requested a refund due to the attorney not showing up to my court hearing per unexpected circumstances which I completely understand but with no communication from anyone involved is very surprising. As far as the refund and substitution of attorney doc. This process took almost 3 months to complete. And within those months, every time I called no one was in the office to help or give me direction to what else was needed and why it was taking so long. And to top it off I received the refund check today which they had charged me $850.75 for a few emails back and forth?? And some client set up fees?? And supposedly some drafting fees which I never received any copies of those documents or whether they spoke to my exs attorney or not. The only documents I have on record that was submitted to myself, the other attorney. and the court was the substitution of attorney all other documents I did myself and sent this attorney all my copies which I guess they charge for that type of work.. haha I honestly want my full refund besides the WORK that was actually completed. I dont recommend this place based on my personal experience.

Update: stop pretending you didnt handle my grandmother (will) you guys did my grandparents will and screwed it up back in 2009 hence why you have the bad review today. On top of that you charge my family more money for what? Yes, a year and half later you finally got the work completed. By the way there is only one Michael Iverson lawyer in Murrieta. I have your info on letterhead lady. So stop calling me liar!! Nice try!!!

I am going thru a custody battle hired this law office in January to help me get a move away. Needles to say they didn't do anything and now my ex has my kids. They also charge 450 for an email. Do not use them.
