We used them 3 years ago for a new kitchen countertop & were so pleased with the result. So we called them back to do the same countertops in our 2 bathrooms. Again - great job! Would highly recommend them.

Let me start by stating how great Shannon was. She was able to help us realize our vision and helped us come up with a floorplan that worked great for our space. At first glance, our kitchen and hallway are beautiful. But the three stars rating (wife thinks it should be a two star) comes because of the lack of detail and a few other things. There are cabinets that rub, a drawer that doesn't open, a chipped tile in our backsplash... The countertop is grouted to backsplash and is separating (it's been a couple months). They messed up the countertop, tried to cover it up, then half-way fixed it but left the giant cutout they made in the cabinet wall when trying to fix it as opposed to replacing the cabinet all together... There was a bit of a switcheroo on a specialty cabinet we thought we were getting, but ended up just cutting part of a drawer face to sort of make what we thought we were getting. The other biggest bummer (and we should have stood our ground on this) is we had scheduled time to paint our interior over a weekend between tear out and installation, but tear out ended up taking significantly more time and we ended up with less than 1/2 day to paint. Needless to say, we didn't finish and then had to work around flooring, cabinets, etc. We should have delayed the project and done our painting.

My kitchen was recently gutted and remodeled with the help of Shannon and her team at WCSW. My experience was stellar and so were the results. Each team member was professional and personable. Every detail, even toward the end, was handled to my satisfaction. Shannon helped keep me within my budget and timeline while giving wise consult on options for the work as we redesigned the footprint. I get nothing but compliments on the final product. Highly recommend this company.
